BENGALI FAMILY AND GREAT CHANCE TO MEET MANOO IN LONDON, 2 JANUARY 2011
I met Utpol dada at the Indian Embassy, Anand Ji’s room – it was a great meeting with him and his wife. He is very helpful, he brought for me a tent and few days I was staying at his place, his mother came from India for 6 months, she is very kind lady. I call her ”jathaima”. Utpol and Ujjal are two brothers, they are both married with kids. They live in London for a few years. During my stay in their house I met Purusottam brother, who is staying there. He’s very kind hearthed person, one day I went to his painting press, it was nice experience to help him at his work. One day I was traveling from Elling to Southall. On my way I met one Indian girl, she stoped me, she told me she knows me from Facebook. I was surprised, I was in a hurry, although I stoped and talked with her. Her name is Manoo Chandra, she is a social worker. She’s working here for Elling broadway municipal corporation. Last three years she is living here. I told her I can meet her at Southall temple, because I am staying there. There we met again: Utpol dada, his wife, Manoo. We took one photo for a memory.
DURGA PUJA IN LONDON, DATED: 2 JANUARY 2011
This year I spent Durga Puja in London. Durga Puja is a Bengoli festival which lasts for five days: Sastif, Saptomi, Astomi, Novomi, Dasami.
There are four pujas (places) in London where you can visit – it was a happy event for me. During puja I met Utpal dada’s family and Manoo. We visited different places and spent good time.
